I am Mark Hill, founder of Parents Overseeing Planted Seeds. I am the president of a men's ministry board, a member of Gethsemane Brotherhood Leadership, a mentor and motivational speaker. I am that person they said wouldn't amount to anything. They said I was headed down the same road again. They also counted me out. God said You are a king. You are royalty. You are more than a conqueror and a child of the Most High. People do not define you. God defines us all. Amen.

I am the President of Parents Overseeing Planted Seeds. I am also affiliated another organization in the community: Heart to Heart Outreach. I am a leader, mentor and I am very active in my field of work. I have a passion for and have worked with children more than 23 years. I am currently working as the director at Victory Learning Academy. I believe in if we can Reach One we can Teach One. Additionally, I am the President of the Young Adult Ministry at St. Matthew First Baptist Church. I am a mother of two children and married to Mark Hill. One of my favorite Bible verses is Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me".

Rodney Gibson was born in South Carolina and was sentenced to 14 years in federal prison for drug trafficking. However, President Donald Trump released him with the belief that he had a greater purpose. While serving his time, Rodney learned several trades and became a vocational teacher. He also developed a passion for writing and directing plays and eventually became a pastor. Since his release, Rodney has continued to serve as a pastor and mentor to many individuals, making a positive impact on the youth and community. Rodney firmly stands by the word of God and his favorite scripture is Romans 8:28 - "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

I am the treasurer of Parents Overseeing Planted Seeds. Additionally, I own a successful childcare facility called DreamCatcher CDC and run a nonprofit organization called Little DreamCatcher. I am also a licensed therapeutic foster parent. I enjoy helping people, especially working with youth. I am proud to be a wife to Rodney Gibson Sr. and a super proud grandmother. My favorite scripture is "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord" (Jeremiah 29:11).
